Sometimes a burden seems lighter when it is shared with others. Or another person might have a good suggestion for addressing and overcoming temptation. Support groups can be a great help in this respect, and they come in many different varieties - from ongoing weekly meetings to residential programs. 

United States

• Exodus International maintains a geographical listing of affiliate ministries and counselors that have undergone a rigorous screening and accountability process. Groups include ongoing meetings and residential treatment programs for same and opposite sex strugglers.

• Desert Stream Ministries brings hope and Jesus� healing power for sexual and relational issues like homosexuality, sexual addiction, sexual abuse and emotional dependency.

• Homosexuals Anonymous Fellowship Services is a Christ-centered fourteen step recovery program for dealing with same-sex attraction/behavior.
